Malocas Jungle Lodge - Adventure
Day 1 -
Arrive Manaus. After collecting your luggage, look for a person holding a
sign with your name on it. That person will transfer you to the yur Hotel,
and is the person who you will make your final payment to (they will not
be able to accept credit cards).
Day 2 - You
will be met at the hotel and will leave from the hotel at 08:30 a. m to go to
Malocas Lodge. It has 12 double room with private shower, restaurant ,
bar and area for relaxing in hammocks. We will go by paddle canoe to visit the
caboclos ( native people ). On our return we will fish for piranhas and do
some alligator spotting.
Day 3 -
After breakfast we will go on a Jungle trek, on the way we will visit one of
the many waterfalls, where we can swim. Lunch, then paddling with canoes
through the Igarapés and Igapós. After dinner, spear fishing.
Day 4 -
After breakfast we will go on a second Jungle trek ( different eco system)
ending at a waterfall. Lunch. Optional activities
Day 5 -
Leave by paddle canoe for survival training, be taught to live like the
Indians, using natural products such as roots and medicinal plants. Trek into
the jungle, build improvised shelters and cook on a campfire, night in
hammocks slung between the trees.
Day 6 -
After breakfast, long trek in the jungle, stop at the native's house spend the
rest of day and night there ( sleeping hammock) to have contact with the
second generation of indigenous people.
Day 7 -
After breakfast take a canoe to return to Malocas Lodge. Lunch and Return to
Manaus. Later, you will be transferred to the airport.

I had the best vacation ever. The people are
great, the food is very good, the location is very exciting. I had a great
time canoeing, hiking in the jungle and bathing in the waterfall. Thank you
